  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • With all tags, labels, and accessories intact

We do not accept returns for:

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by delivery

  1. Initiate Return:
    Email us at support@braga.in with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Pickup:
    Our team will review the request. If approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or share return instructions.

  3. Inspection:
    Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected for eligibility.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

  • You can return your item and place a new order for a different product or size.


🚚 Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos of the issue at support@braga.in.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
