At Braga, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags, labels, and accessories intact

Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized, personalized, or altered products

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or misuse not caused during delivery


🔁 Return Process

1️⃣ Initiate a Return

Email us at info@bragaworld.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear product images (if applicable)

2️⃣ Approval & Pickup

Our team will review your request within a reasonable timeframe.

If approved:

  • We will arrange a return pickup, or

  • Provide return shipping instructions.

3️⃣ Inspection

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria before processing a refund.


💸 Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after successful inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation of bank details.

🚚 Shipping Charges

As advertised on our website, we offer Free Shipping on all orders.

  • Since no shipping fee is charged to customers at the time of purchase, there are no shipping charges to refund.

  • In cases where expedited shipping or special delivery fees (if introduced in future) are selected by the customer, such additional charges may be non-refundable.


🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you need a different size or product:

  • Please initiate a return for the original item.

  • Place a new order for the desired product separately.


🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email clear photos and your Order ID to info@bragaworld.com

Upon verification, we will:

  • Arrange a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund (as applicable).

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in the request being declined.

  • Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on banking partners or payment gateways.

  • Customers are advised to retain proof of return shipment (if self-shipped).
